JBR Workshop: The Research Journey
'JBR Workshop: The Research Journey' will be held in the 2026 Global Fashion Management Conference at Madrid.
This workshop is designed especially for emerging scholars that aspire to publish their academic work in Journal of Business Research. Mirella Kleijnen (Co-Editor-in-Chief) will to provide insights on: (i) the review process in general and specifically for Journal of Business Research (JBR); and, (ii) ways to craft the contribution and positioning of research for publication. On the former, the review process can be a challenging journey and while there is no ‘golden recipe’, there are certainly lessons to be learned that can increase the likelihood of success. During the workshop, we will discuss typical mistakes authors make, trends in the field and provide some insights from behind the scenes at JBR.
