Conference Registration (for the Global Participant)



The 2026 Global Fashion Management Conference at Madrid registration system is open now!


A registration covers one accepted paper in the 2026 GFMC at Madrid.


Early Bird Registration Discount Deadline: April 15, 2026

- You can get US$ 50 discount if you register by April 15, 2026.


You are cordially asked to complete the following two-step registration. 


Step 1: Please select the appropriate registration item and complete the payment. 


Step 2: Once you have obtained the PayPal receipt, you should proceed to Step 2, where you are required to fill out the PayPal Transaction ID for your conference registration payment and your conference application information. Without the required information in Step 2, we may not be able to identify your registration!

Thanks for your registration. A digital official receipt of your payment will be sent to you very soon!



Cancellation Policy


All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to the organizing committee of 2026 Global Fashion Management Conference at Madrid via email (gammacentraloffice@gmail.com). Cancellations received four weeks prior to the event start date will receive a refund minus a US$ 400 early cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that date will receive a refund minus a US$ 600 late cancellation plus international bank transfer fee.


Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name to gammacentraloffice@gmail.com at least two weeks prior to the event start date.


No refunds will be given after July 2, 2026.
